Nice 1 lb. plus large mouth taken with a large blade in-line spin and a gray and black 1/16-oz. jig. I tied this jig to see if the color combination would work and as can be seen, it worked for both of these catches.

This small large mouth was taken on the first cast I made from the boat landing at my favorite pond. This was the first cast made with the in-line spin and jig described at the left. I was pumped.

He nailed the rig just to the right of the log in the back ground, along a submerged weed line. The catch at the left was from my canoe a few yards off shore.
